This form is used to request an Internet email relay for automating emails outside of Google to send the email through Google. The person/department that manages the application/function would submit this form and apply the settings to your server/application or work with the vendor to do so (e.g. Powerschool server automated emails of grade notices to parents).

Below you will list the purpose/function for the relay, the amount of DAILY emails anticipated, requested generic email address ###@cpsboe.k12.oh.us (subject to change based on ITM review), physical location of server/application, the name and IP address of the server sending the emails, and any other specific requirements for the relay.
